[8], 360pp. Rebound in full morocco by Temple Bookbinders, raised bands, spine in six panels, title label to second panel, author label to fourth, all framed with gilt double fillet, covers bordered with gilt single fillet, inner dentelles gilt, a.e.g. Externally very good indeed, internally some slight colour bleed to half-title, occasional light foxing, but generally clean. The plate at page 76 is slightly grubby to foot and slightly worn to fore-edge, the plate at page 204 is grubby to edges with slight colour bleed to fore-edge. Now housed in a cloth drop back box made by Temple Bookbinders, which replicates the design by Alfred Garth Jones found on the original cloth binding.
